Dhananjai Pandey

Dhananjay Pandey is a photographer; his practice is grounded in identity, photography, and archival work, with an interest in how images shape the way people, places, and histories are understood. A visual artist based in Lucknow, India, with an M.Des in Photography Design from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. His photographic and research practice often begins with personal and historical archives. For him, photography is not only a way of recording what exists, but a way of asking what gets to exist in the first place.
