Dr. Anupama S. is a psychologist, academic, and poet who explores the space where thought meets emotion. She currently works as an Assistant Professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. With a Ph.D. in Psychology and a rare academic blend of three Master’s degrees—in Psychology, Sociology, and Public Administration—she brings a multidisciplinary lens to both her scholarly and creative work. A recipient of the UGC Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), she has over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy. Her poetry collections, Love, Loss and Beyond and A Lot Like Love, offer intimate reflections on memory, healing, and emotional resilience. She has contributed to various anthologies and literary magazines, often writing on themes of mental health, inner strength, and the quiet beauty found in everyday life.
