Harish Subramanian (he/him - for now) is a cultural practitioner and queer person based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He has been part of Tamil Nadu's queer cultural spaces for the past 17 years, organising, hosting, curating, writing, mentoring and making room for new work, and occasionally taking notes. He curates the Dayamma Theatre Festival and is Cultural Co-ordinator at Prakriti Foundation. He writes when he has something to say, and remains interested in queer lives, memory, intimacy and the messy, ordinary ways people learn to belong.
