Michael Agunbiade is a Nigerian poet who writes from the small hole of his room. He is a Pushcart Prize nominee, Sprinng Writing Fellow, winner of the 2024 Eriata Oribhabor Poetry Prize, a finalist in the 2024 Wanjohi Prize for African Poetry, 2026 Best of The Net finalist and 2026 Monarch Queer Literary Awards nominee. His works have appeared or are forthcoming in Afrimag, The Shore Poetry, Brittle Paper, Variant Literature, Writer Space Africa, Bodega, Poet Lore & elsewhere.
