She’s also a published writer for ‘Silent Scars Of Our Land’.
Her professional journey spans academic research and hands-on mental health practice, with a focus on bridging the gap between Western psychology and diverse cultural perspectives. Sara’s work explores the intersection of neuroscience, counselling, and mental health, with a vision to create inclusive and holistic mental health support for individuals from all walks of life.
